Hudson Interxchange

We are excited to announce the acquisition of DataGryd Data Centers assets by Cordiant Digital Infrastructure. Cordiant Capital brings a long term investment vision and substantial industry knowledge that will significantly benefit us in our future growth under the new company name, Hudson InterXchange.

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure anticipates investing an incremental $75m of expansion capital into Hudson IX over the next three years which will strengthen Hudson IX’s current growth strategy. Since founding in 2011, we have continued to evolve and expand operations within the 60 Hudson facility, including construction of the MegaSuite data hall. Under Cordiant’s ownership, Hudson IX will pursue an option to take-up an additional 120,000 sq ft of data center space. In turn, Hudson IX’s planned expansion will bring its presence at 60 Hudson Street to four floors, equivalent to 34%+ of the leasable space within the building.
